Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Utsavé (operated by Utsav Events, "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Utsavé is an event invitation and management platform. It allows registered hosts to create event pages, collect RSVPs, manage photo galleries, and communicate with guests. We offer a free tier (1 event) and a Pro tier (unlimited events and additional features), subject to approval by our team.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Free and Pro Plans

  • Free plan: Includes 1 event, RSVP management, and a custom invite page.
  • Pro plan: Includes unlimited events, photo galleries, live slideshow, guest uploads, and memories page. Pro access requires submitting a request with a valid email and US phone number, subject to review and approval by our team. We reserve the right to approve or deny any Pro request at our sole discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Utsavé to:
  • Post or share illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
  • Send unsolicited communications (spam) to guests
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform
  • Collect or harvest user data without authorization

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content (photos, event details, messages) you upload to Utsavé. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, store, and transmit that content solely to operate the service on your behalf.

7. Privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

Utsavé is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any loss of data, events, or RSVPs resulting from service outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Utsav Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
